Balakrishnan "Ram" Ramgopal, Copy Editor CNN International, is a senior copy editor with CNN International. He is based at the network’s headquarters, where he manages a team of editors and writers responsible for hourly newscasts.  Earlier, as correspondent and producer for CNN, Ramgopal was based in the network’s New Delhi bureau, where his primary responsibility was coordinating CNN's newsgathering operations in India.

 

 

Panelist:

Narsi Narasimhan, CEO of Paalam, Inc., an Atlanta based offshore outsourcing firm that specializes in Software Services and Call Center/Business Process Outsourcing with partners in India, Jamaica, and Malaysia.  He is the founder of the Indian Professionals Network (IPN) and a faculty member at Georgia Tech, teaching various courses including Management Information Systems.

Dr. Suresh Sharma, Author of Global Outsourcing, formerly with General Electric as the Global Technology Leader, he is the co-founder and CEO of JS3 Global, LLC.  He is an internationally acknowledged business leader, known for his pragmatic vision and operational excellence, including setting up global sourcing centers.  He is a co-author of a recently published book, Global Outsourcing: Executing and Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore Strategy.
