CNN, Ramgopal was based in the
network’s New Delhi bureau,
where his primary responsibility
was coordinating CNN's
newsgathering operations in
India.

that specializes in Software
Services and Call
Center/Business Process
Outsourcing with partners in
India, Jamaica, and Malaysia.
He is the founder of the Indian

a faculty member at Georgia
Tech, teaching various courses
including Management Information
Systems.
