Lissa Owens brings a passion for minority business development and expansion of opportunities for minority businesses as well as creative ideas for expanding the GMSDC reach and presence to the state of Georgia. Ms. Owens is pragmatic about the organization operating efficiently and meeting its goal. As co-Chair of the Membership/Marketing/PR committee she has led the organization to revamp its image, publicize its core capabilities and expand its outreach and solicit partnerships with other communities in the state of Georgia. Lissa will serve GMSDC well. Welcome Madame Chair!
