The 2nd Annual South Coast
Regional M/WBE Conference presents Axis
SAVANNAH 2008
on Tuesday, September 30 and Wednesday, October 1.
This year the two-day event will consist of the Axis
SAVANNAH Golf Tournament on September
30th at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa
and Axis SAVANNAH Conference
& Trade Fair on October 1st at the Savannah
International Trade & Convention Center.
One integral component to the endeavor is volunteers.
Volunteers perform many essential services during the
event, and their duties depend on the task to which they
are assigned. These duties range from typing name badges
to answering attendee questions to working the
registration booths, just to name a few. Your support and
participation are critical to ensure the success of this
event.
A large number of volunteers are needed for various
tasks and many volunteers for two or more assignments. We
welcome your involvement, enthusiasm, and participation.

or fax to 404-589-4925 by indicating your first and second
choices for volunteer services.
Your response is needed by FRIDAY,
September 5, 2008. We will make every effort to
assign respondents to their first choice; however, it may
become necessary to reassign you to another activity for
the same date/time period. We will follow-up with you via
e-mail concerning your volunteer assignments and training.
Your meals and parking will be provided by the conference
partners.
